Also called laparocele Inguinal hernia an inguinal hernia is protrusion of abdominal cavity contents through an area of the abdominal wall, commonly referred to as the groin, and known as the inguinal area. 了解：腹股溝斜疝的解剖概要，腹股溝直疝，股疝、切口疝、白線疝。 熟悉：疝的定義，腹外疝的病因、病理解剖、臨床分類和處理原則；腹股溝斜疝的臨床表現(xiàn)，腹股溝斜疝和直疝的區(qū)別。 掌握：腹外疝的手術(shù)前后的護理。 疝(hernia)體內(nèi)任何臟器或組織離開其正常解剖部位，通過先天或后天形成的薄弱點、缺損或孔隙進入另一部位，稱為疝。 疝多發(fā)生于腹部，有腹內(nèi)疝和腹外疝之分，以腹外疝多見。
